Refunds for LTE TV Subscriptions will be processed within 24 hours and a confirmation email will be sent to the email address we have on file. Please note that a $5.00 cancellation fee will be assessed for all cancellations of our monthly plans. A $10.00 cancellation fee will apply to our quarterly plans. A $15.00 cancellation fee will apply to our bi annual plans. A $20.00 cancellation fee will apply to our annual plans. Any cancellations made after the 7 day risk free period become non refundable.
To complete your return of LTE TV Set Top Box, simply mail back the Set Top Box along with customer name and billing address to 5850 SAN FELIPE ST. SUITE 500, HOUSTON, TX 77057.
Set Top Box Refunds (if applicable)
Once your Set Top Box return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval of your refund. Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 1 day. All Set Top Box returns will be assessed a $20.00 restocking fee.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, simply create a support account by clicking on the SUPPORT link at the top of this website and submitting the appropriate ticket.
Our products are shipped within 24 Hours using the following carriers: USPS . To return your product, you should mail your product to: VALUESTREAMS, 5850 SAN FELIPE ST. SUITE 500, HOUSTON, TX 77057. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund plus the restocking fee. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
